Support Teacher

Do you love working with children and creating a joyful, nurturing environment? Topsail Montessori is looking for a caring, reliable, and flexible Support Teacher to join our team!

What you’ll do:

• Support Lead Teachers and students throughout the school day
• Assist with classroom activities, routines, and Montessori materials
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Provide support in different classrooms as needed

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Warm, patient, dependable, and team-oriented
• Flexible and eager to learn
• Experienced working with children
• Required to have NC background check clearance

Two positions available:

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
