Summer Camp Lead & Assistant Teachers

Topsail Montessori is hiring enthusiastic Summer Camp Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers for our fun, engaging Montessori-inspired summer camp serving children ages 6–8 and 8–11.

In these roles, you will help create a safe, positive, and enriching summer experience by leading and supporting daily camp activities, supervising campers, assisting with academic and specialty programming, and maintaining organized classroom materials and shared spaces. Staff work collaboratively to foster a respectful environment where children can explore, learn, and build friendships.

Lead Teachers will guide group activities, support camp programming, help mentor Assistant Teachers, maintain camper records, and communicate with parents and staff under the direction of the Camp Programming Director.

Assistant Teachers will support Lead Teachers with daily activities, help supervise and engage campers, prepare materials, and contribute to a smooth and well-organized camp day.
