Assistant Teacher – Stepping Stones Program (Ages 2–3)

Topsail Montessori is seeking a nurturing and dependable Assistant Teacher for our Stepping Stones Program, serving children ages 2 to early 3. Many of our students are experiencing their first time away from home, and we provide a warm, respectful, and supportive environment where toddlers can build independence, confidence, and trusting relationships.

The Assistant Teacher works closely with the Lead Teacher to maintain a safe, engaging Montessori classroom. Responsibilities include supporting daily lessons and routines, preparing and maintaining classroom materials, supervising students, assisting with observation and documentation, and ensuring the well-being of every child.

Qualified candidates are patient, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education. Montessori experience is preferred.
